Delivery estimates may take a little longer
during busier times or bad weather.

If you miss your delivery your parcel will be returned to us. 
Once this happens you will be charged postage again. 

Personalised items are NOT refundable.

We are not liable for incorrect spellings on your shipping address. You must make sure its accurate before purchasing or notify us immediately. If your order has already been sent then unfortunately it's out of our hands.
