Terms & Conditions

StreetStyle Stickers, trading as Sticker Man Shaun

This page sets out the policies, terms, and legal information governing the use of the StreetStyle Stickers website and the purchase of products supplied under the trading name Sticker Man Shaun.

By placing an order through our website, or completing payment of an invoice issued by us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

1. Company Overview

StreetStyle Stickers, trading as Sticker Man Shaun ("we", "us", "our"), operates as a supply-only designer, manufacturer and retailer of bespoke, made-to-order vinyl signage and vehicle graphic kits, including our DIY Van Sign Kits.

We design, produce, and supply vinyl graphics for customers to install themselves or via a third-party installer of their choice.

We do not provide installation services and do not attend customer premises for fitting or application.

2. Supply-Only Policy

All products supplied by StreetStyle Stickers / Sticker Man Shaun are strictly supply-only.

Customers are responsible for installation, whether carried out by:

• The customer themselves

• A third-party installer

• A professional sign installer

Installation is carried out entirely at the customer's own risk.

StreetStyle Stickers / Sticker Man Shaun accepts no responsibility for issues arising from installation, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect fitting or alignment

• Air bubbles, creases, or lifting

• Stretching or tearing of vinyl

• Damage during application

• Environmental conditions during installation

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that installation is not included in our service.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order and completing payment (online or via invoice), you confirm full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Supply-Only Policy.

These terms apply regardless of order method, including:

• Website checkout

• Email orders

• Social media orders

• WhatsApp or Facebook enquiries

4. Bespoke & Custom-Made Products

All products are custom-made to order based on the customer's specific vehicle and business details.

As such:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

• Returns are not accepted

• Refunds for change of mind are not provided once a design has been approved and production has started

This is in accordance with UK consumer law relating to personalised and bespoke goods.

This does not affect our Design Guarantee set out in Section 5 below, which applies to the accuracy and quality of your design proof prior to production.

5. Design & Approval Process — Our Design Guarantee

Customers will receive a digital design proof prior to production. We will not proceed to production until you have approved your proof.

If you are not happy with your initial design, we will amend it and provide a revised proof at no extra charge, until you are satisfied or you choose to cancel under Section 5a below.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully check all details on their approved proof, including:

• Spelling

• Contact numbers

• Email addresses

• Website addresses

• Layout and design positioning

Once artwork has been approved by the customer, production will proceed based on that approval.

StreetStyle Stickers / Sticker Man Shaun accepts no liability for errors present in artwork that has been approved by the customer.

Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and production delays.

5a. Design Fees & Cancelled Orders

All artwork, layout preparation, and design proofs produced by Sticker Man Shaun require time and skill. Where design work has commenced on your order, a design fee applies regardless of whether production proceeds.

If you choose to cancel your order after design work has begun, a minimum design charge of £35 remains payable to cover work already completed.

Where additional design work has been undertaken beyond an initial proof — for example multiple rounds of revisions, custom logo work, or work outside the standard design service — a higher charge may apply, based on the time spent on your project. We will always tell you before doing extra design work if we think this may apply.

By placing an order and submitting your details and any logo or files for artwork creation, you acknowledge and agree that design work is carried out specifically on your behalf, and that the design charges set out above remain payable upon cancellation.

6. Production & Dispatch

Typical production time is 3–5 working days from final artwork approval.

Production times are estimates and may vary due to workload or material availability.

All orders are quality-checked prior to dispatch.

We retain internal records and photographic evidence confirming that products leave our workshop in correct condition.

7. Installation Responsibility

All kits are supplied for DIY installation.

We do not accept liability for installation outcomes, including:

• Misalignment

• Air bubbles or creasing

• Incorrect positioning

• Damage during application

Customers are strongly advised to use a professional installer if unsure about fitting, or to take advantage of any practice materials or fitting guidance we provide.

Once installation has taken place, the product is deemed accepted as supplied.

8. Surface Preparation

Proper surface preparation is essential for successful application.

Vehicle surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and free from:

• Wax

• Polish

• Silicone-based products

• Ceramic coatings

• Cleaning residues or contaminants

We recommend cleaning surfaces using 99% isopropyl alcohol prior to installation.

Failure to properly prepare surfaces may result in adhesion failure, for which we accept no responsibility.

9. Paintwork Disclaimer

Vinyl graphics are designed for application to properly cured factory paintwork.

We are not responsible for damage caused to:

• Poor-quality resprays

• Recently painted panels

• Uncured paintwork

• Previously damaged or deteriorating paint

• Non-professional paint finishes (e.g. aerosol paint)

Customers are responsible for ensuring paint suitability prior to installation.

10. Vinyl Removal

Vinyl graphics are semi-permanent products.

Removal may result in lifting or damage to paint that is not properly bonded or has been previously compromised.

We accept no responsibility for any damage caused during removal of graphics.

11. Vehicle Variations

Vehicle shapes, panel sizes, and specifications may vary between manufacturers and model years.

Minor adjustments or trimming may be required during installation.

12. Colour Variation

Printed colours may vary slightly due to:

• Screen calibration differences

• Print batch variations

• Material characteristics

Such variations are considered normal and are not classified as defects.

13. Damage on Delivery

If goods arrive damaged:

• Do not install the graphics

• Take clear photographs immediately

• Contact us before installation

Claims cannot be accepted once installation has taken place.

14. Installation Support

We may provide installation guidance, including written instructions, photos or video content.

All guidance is advisory only and does not constitute installation supervision or liability acceptance.

15. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree that in the event of a dispute or chargeback, we may provide relevant information to payment processors including:

• Order details

• Design approvals

• Communication history

• Proof of dispatch

• Photographic records of production condition

We fully cooperate with all legitimate dispute resolution processes.

16. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data necessary to fulfil orders, including:

• Name

• Contact details

• Address information

• Business details provided for design purposes

This data is used solely for order processing, production, delivery, and customer support.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers and is not stored by us.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetStyle Stickers / Sticker Man Shaun shall not be liable for:

• Installation outcomes

• Misuse of products

• Environmental damage

• Indirect or consequential loss

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied.

18. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to each order.
